A Langley family is angry and considering taking legal action after their daughter was featured on an NPA pamphlet without their consent.
Clifford Belgica says he five-year-old daughter and her cousin posed for a photo with NPA mayoral candidate Suzanne Anton at an event this summer.
He then found out that photo was printed on the front of an n-pa leaflet, but had never been asked permission…
